Hotel Near Kabba

Location is near to the haram and crowded area.

Very helpful staff and a very special mention of the great and wonderful person that cleans the rooms. Hotel employee who went above and beyond for making my stay very special and welcoming and providing a wonderful experience and professional service.

Really close to haram. Straight path, no ups and downs which js good for people with wheel chairs. Will definitely stay again. Good value for the price.

Clean and comfortable, staff was helpful.you can walk to the Haram. The walk to the Haram takes about 12-14 minutes. There was a kettle, teabags and water in the room. They also had shampoo and body wash plus soap in the bathroom. Towels are also provided.

Location and the price everything is on the main road, stayed for 7 nights hotel is 3 Star but we got excellent service.Special thanks to Layla Nassar and her team of Yousuf, Omar,Arwa, and Ghfran , for helping us and giving the room on 1st floor. House keeping person Tufail was great All the staff went extra mile to gives us the best experience

The hospitality was great , the location was great and they gave us a third bed even its mattress wasn't that good but that was generous from them.

My room was 105, The staff specially a sister Arwa and another sister from reception was very good, supportive and made us comfortable. The house keeping boy Tufail Ahmad was good, every morning he visited to refresh our room. The room size and washroom was bit small but it was expected as all good location hotels have small standard rooms. Location of hotel is really good - its on main ibrahim khalil road , 10 minutes walk to haram, there are loads of resturents/food options just outside of hotels, there are shopping spots too outside of hotel. AC cooling was good too. If you want to go for Ziarat or madina there are buses outside of hotel but they are going after fajar prayer only.

- Sparkingly clean, cordial staff and fast elevators and lots of eateries near the property - 4th solo stay here and will keep coming in future - great value for money, priced lowest compared to nearby properties

10 mints walk from hotel to Haram

I stay at six night this in this hotel. They guy are very nice and kind ,specially this lady who accept my request, Tamim Ahmed Rome service other people very nice hope see you soon in Shalla

We were given two bedrooms which was nice for a family of four. Early checkin was very helpful

Excellent customer service

Excellent staff behaviour. The lady at reception Arwa was very helpful in quick checkin, and i was in ihram waiting to perform umrah. The housekeeping staff Rasel and the burmese boy also great. The housekeeping supervisor Umar was so helpful he arranged a quick cleaning and a hand shower repair at 10.30pm, and with a smiling face !! At check out, The bell boy carried the trolley across the road to get to my taxi, so helpful and polite. All necessary shops within 1 min walk around the hotel - grocery, laundry for washing ihram clothes at 10 SAR, fast food, pharmacy and pakistani hotel for great Biryani at 20 SAR. Great stay if you are ready to walk 15 min to reach masjid ul haram

The hotel is located close to Haram and it is easy to walk to and back for each Namaz. Staff is friendly and cooperative especially Mr. Imad.
